Lui's Policy

1. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company shall not be held liable for any pre-existing defects, damage, or deterioration of the Customer’s vehicle, including but not limited to paint defects, scratches, chips, rust, fading, oxidation, stains, or odors that may become more apparent during or after detailing.

  • The Company is not responsible for any mechanical, electrical, or structural issues that may arise or worsen during or after the detailing process.

  • The Company shall not be liable for damage to aftermarket or non-factory parts, including but not limited to emblems, trim, wraps, window tints, or accessories.

  • Liability for any claim against the Company shall be limited to the total amount paid for the specific service provided.

2. Customer Responsibilities

  • The Customer shall remove all personal items from the vehicle prior to service. The Company shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to any personal belongings left in the vehicle.

  • The Customer must disclose all prior chemical treatments, coatings, wraps, or modifications that could affect the detailing process. The Company shall not be liable for undisclosed conditions.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price.

  • Failure to appear for an appointment without notice (“no-show”) may result in a charge equal to the full scheduled service amount and may require prepayment for future appointments.

4. Satisfaction & Disputes

  • Any concerns regarding service quality must be reported to the Company in writing within 24 hours of service completion.

  • The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether corrective action will be taken.

  • ​

  • Disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State in which the Company operates, and any legal action must be filed in the courts of that jurisdiction.

5. Weather & Working Conditions

  • Services are subject to weather and working conditions. The Company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unsafe or unsuitable conditions.

  • The Customer must provide a safe and accessible work area, including sufficient space, lighting, and access to the vehicle.

6. Payment & Deposits

  • Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • ​

  • Deposits, where required, are non-refundable except where cancellation is made by the Company.

7. Binding Agreement

  • By booking services, the Customer affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.

  • ​

  • This Policy constitutes a binding agreement between the Customer and the Company.
